This is a very good sauce for your Oriental dishes. Makes great dipping sauce for chicken, too!
1 small can pineapple juice (or juice from a 15 ounce can of pineapple chunks, drained)
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1 and 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Mix together in saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened.
Microwave directions: Mix together in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 4 1/2 minutes on high or until thick, stirring every minute.
